Meet & Greet Safety Precautions
When meeting the dog please do not get down on your knees or put your face in the dog’s face.
Please approach slowly and allow the dog to come to you when it feels comfortable to do so.
Please be respectful that these dogs have been rescued and we do not know their background.
Please be mindful of what the foster is saying and recommends at the meet and greet.
If it is decided that you will adopt the dog, you will receive a text link to pay and sign the adoption contract. You cannot leave with the dog until this is completed.
You will get 14 days with the dog in your home to make sure it is a great fit. If by the 14th day you do not think it is a great fit please notify us, you will get a refund.
If it’s after the 14th day and you decide it’s not a good fit, you will not be refunded your money, rather you will have to fill out an owner surrender form.
Lastly, we require that the dog be tied inside your vehicle when leaving. We recommend tying them to the headrest or the inside handles near the roof of the car. Some dogs are a flight risk and may bolt if the door is open.
